Prices are based on the number of bedrooms used assuming double occupancy. Bedrooms available are: 4 bedrooms in the Villa, the Club Room, the first floor Guest House bedroom and Sun Room, and, the Owners Studio Apartment on the 2nd floor of the Guest House (see 'villa floor plans' page for full descriptions).  Rates do not include 10% US Virgin Islands Tax and $500 Refundable Security Deposit. All monies refunded in full at any time for any reason upon re-renting.

With foods delivered to the villa before you arrive so once you arrive at Great Expectations you can truly relax and enjoy your piece of paradise. Or, simply have your first (or second, or third) nights catered by one of the island's great chefs.
