St John villa availability - plan in advance is the best advice but it is never too late (or too often) to plan your first or next trip to St John. Contact us directly with your preferred dates and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your preferred dates booked already? Let us know and we will add you to our waiting list just in case (Heaven no!) someone cancels.

Guests at Great Expectations are eligible for discounts on vehicle rentals from:
Courtesy Car Rental -- they really live up to their name! (866 776-4228)
L & L Jeep Rental, Inc -- no in-town office; they will meet you at the dock and also offer 'drop off' service when you leave (340 776-1120)
Dependable Car Rental -- located near the airport on St Thomas; you must take the car barge from St Thomas to St John (340 777-9535, ask for Linda)
In order to be eligible for the discount, when you e-mail or talk with the car rental firm agent let them know you are staying at the St John Villa 'Great Expectations'!
note: most rental car firms require that the vehicle be returned by 10 AM on the day of your departure to avoid a late charge
Provisioning & Chef services
We have relationships with a number of great chefs and provisioning services to deliver to Great Expectations groceries, liquor, wine, beer, soda, scrumptious deli offerings, fresh fish and meats, as well as prepared foods. Let us help you simplify your arrival at Great Expectations. Why run out to the grocery store as soon as you arrive on-island? With foods delivered to the villa before you arrive so once you arrive at Great Expectations you can truly relax and enjoy your piece of paradise. Or, simply have your first (or second, or third) nights catered by one of the island's great chefs. It is your vacation so you should lay back and enjoy your St John villa while someone else works away for you!
