Enjoy and relax at our St John villa with all the amenities you expect in a first-class vacation villa!

Upon arrival on St. John you will be greeted at the ferry dock by our wonderful Property Manager, Coby Cooper who will load your luggage in his vehicle, escort you to your rental car agency, lead you to Great Expectations (located just 2 miles from Cruz Bay all on paved roads), show you around the Villa and then disappear (unless you need him; Coby is available "24/7" for emergencies). Coby is the best professional property manager on St John and ensures that the Villa is properly prepared by our fabulous cleaning staff (Josie, Veronica, Maria and Patti) for your arrival, including a welcome basket of snacks in the Great Room and, as pictured above, flowers in your bedroom.
