We and our staff have worked hard to provide all the amenities and services you will need for your St John vacation. The Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival with each bedroom set-up as you specifically request. We can help arrange transportation for you from the airport on St Thomas to St John, including reserving a private taxi large enough to accommodate your party and luggage (everyone underestimates how much stuff they actually bring for a week or more) to be waiting for your flight to take you directly to the ferry to St John or, if you wish, to a private water taxi which will whisk you to St John with no hassle or wait.

Upon arrival on St. John you will be greeted at the ferry dock by our wonderful property manager, Coby, your 'concierge' for your stay at Great Expectations. Coby will assist you with your luggage, escort you to your rental car agency, lead you to Great Expectations (located just 2 miles from Cruz Bay all on paved roads), and show you around the Villa and then disappear. Coby is the best professional property manager on St John and your 'concierge' if you need assistance during the week, either with something at the villa or a question about St John. Our fabulous cleaning staff (Josie, Veronica, Marie and Patti) will have the villa shining for arrival and will make sure that your bedrooms are configured to your specific request.  Our landscaper, Dennis, and his crew, work tirelessly to have our grounds look perfect.  Our entire staff truly treat the Villa as their own and take great pride in preparing it for you.
