Prices are based on double occupancy. The bedrooms available are: 4 bedrooms in the Villa, the Club Room, the first floor Guest House bedroom, and, the Owners Apt  on the 2nd floor of the Guest House (see 'villa layout --bedrooms' page for full descriptions).

In order to be eligible for the discount, when you e-mail or talk with the car rental firm agent let them know you are staying at the St John Villa 'Great Expectations'! 

note: most rental car firms require that the vehicle be returned by 
10 AM on the day of your departure to avoid a late charge

Provisioning & Chef services

We have relationships with a number of great chefs and provisioning services to deliver to Great Expectations groceries, liquor, wine, beer, soda, scrumptious deli offerings, fresh fish and meats, as well as prepared foods. Let us help you simplify your arrival at Great Expectations. Why run out to the grocery store as soon as you arrive on-island? With foods delivered to the villa before you arrive so once you arrive at Great Expectations you can truly relax and enjoy your piece of paradise. Or, simply have your first (or second, or third) nights catered by one of the island's great chefs. It is your vacation so you should lay back and enjoy your St John villa while someone else works away for you!
