The Villa is rented to only one group/family at a time (i.e., you will be the only guests no matter the size of your party)! The Villa facilities are for the exclusive use of only guests residing at the Villa.   

   Note that, unlike most of the large private rental villas on St. John which charge one (high) rate for 2 to 6 persons, we only charge by the number of persons, assuming double occupancy, so that you only pay for the bedrooms you use whether you are 2 people or 14!
