Unlike most of the rental villas on St. John which charge one (high) rate for 2 to 8 persons, our rates are based on the number of bedrooms used ( double occupancy) whether your party is 2 people or 14! Guest House: For smaller groups, just the Guest House which can sleep 1 to 6 people may be available for rent at 50% of the above rates if the guests who have rented the Villa are not using the 2 bedrooms in the Guest House. Please inquire. We do not charge a premium for holiday weeks (and Thanksgiving Week is priced at low season rates), but do not procrastinate; rates are subject to change prior to deposit!
The Villa is rented to only one group at a time (you will be the only guests no matter the size of your party)! The Villa facilities are for the exclusive use of only guests residing at the Villa without the express permission of the owners.
