MAIN VILLA
BEDROOMS (accommodates
8+ persons)
The Villa has 4 air-conditioned
bedrooms each furnished with 1 'California' (extra long) King bed which
can be converted into 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom
with a double sink vanity and an indoor/outdoor shower. All of the bedrooms
have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea with outdoor patios on both
the east and west sides. As many as 8 adults can be accommodated in these
4 spacious bedrooms which are sufficiently large (20' by 12' plus bathroom
and walk-in closet) so that porta-cribs or cots for infants and children
can be placed in any of these bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a wall
safe, ceiling fan, and is decorated with handmade Indonesian ceremonial
masks, tropical fish, and an incestuous wooden carved lizard. The
furniture in the bedrooms is all teak, custom-made for us in Bali.
Each bedroom has architecturally designed skylights, transoms, sofit lighting,
and cypress cathedral ceiling.
THE CLUB ROOM
(accommodates 1-2 persons)
An additional 1 adult or 2 teenagers can sleep in The Club Room
Room which is about half the size of the one of the five bedrooms described
above. The Club Room, located by the stairs leading to the basketball
and tennis court, is furnished with a trundle bed which opens into 2 Twin-size
beds (one bed collapses and stores under the other bed). The Club Room
has a ceiling fan, air-conditioner and a full bathroom. It also has a
Casio stereo AM/FM tuner with a CD and cassette player; a television and
a VCR with exercise tapes and exercise equipment: a Vitamaster Exercise
Bike with upper body workout; an "Easy Step" stair-climber by
Impex (with dumbbells for simultaneous upper body exercise); The Step
by Hometrainer (adjustable from 4" to 6") with its own 45 minute
video workout; a Bollinger thick cushioned foam Cloth Exercise Mat for
aerobic and floor exercises; a complete 32 lb. set of Bollinger dumbbells
(one pair each of 3lb., 5lb and 8 lb.); and an AB Slide (yes, as seen
on TV, and it really works to reduce your waist!).
THE GUEST HOUSE:
For
larger groups, the 2 bedrooms in the the Guest House may be rented along
with the 5 bedrooms in the Villa. The Guest House is just a short walk
(25 yards) along a lighted path from the Villa. If the Villa guests do
not need to use the Guest House, it may be available to rent by itself.
The Guest House has its own separate parking area, entrance, swimming
pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and, of course, outdoor furniture and hammocks,
and the same great sunrise and sunset views as the Villa! The sleeping

The OWNERS
APARTMENT (accommodates
2 persons)
The
top floor of the Guest House consists of the 'owners apartment'. This
is a very large (20' by 24'), air-conditioned efficiency apartment the
size of the Great Room in the Villa. It has a Queen-size four poster bed
with a spectacular view. It is equipped with a telephone, cable TV and
an AM/FM stereo with CD player. It has its own bathroom (with bidet),
double sink vanity and indoor/outdoor shower. It has a full kitchen, washer
and dryer, as well as outdoor decks on both the east and west sides, a
stainless steel outdoor barbecue grill, a Jacuzzi swimming pool, and a
California Redwood Hot Tub.
THE GUEST BEDROOM
(accommodates 2+ persons)
This bedroom is the same size (20' by 12') as the 4 bedrooms
in the Villa. Like the other Villa bedrooms, the Guest Bedroom has a ceiling
fan and is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with a double sink
vanity and an indoor/outdoor shower (it also has a small Caribbean bath
tub). The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and two futons
(one futon opens into a Full-size bed and the other into a Twin-size bed).
This room has a television with VCR, coffeemaker, and small refrigerator.
